Best....pancakes....ever

Seriously.  You have to try them to believe it.  We found part of it on the internet, and Alisha added a couple things that perfected them.  For those that care, 1/4 cup batter makes a pancake, 5 of which are 4 Weight Watcher Points™ (minus the bananas.  Add whatever points those would be):

2 1/4 C.  Whole Wheat Flour
3 T brown sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt (I never use a full tsp...usually just over 1/2)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 egg whites
1/4 C. applesauce (unsweetened)
2 1/4 C. water
2 mashed bananas (ripe)

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then mix together.  Add more flour until consistency is just right.  We usually pour a bit of olive oil in the pan so they don't stick.  We top it off with pure maple syrup from Costco.  Great breakfast!

Enjoy!

(P.S. Janae, you are welcome to try this, modify it to make it a bit better for you (take out brown sugar, etc), and post on your culinary blog.  Then we'll try it after you perfect the healthfulness :-)

It DOES sound yummy! I'm anxious to try the recipe. Will you come to breakfast soon? (Or lunch or dinner?) I might not having trouble munching all of them - and that would not be a good thing.
